Gutted to leave a 1 star but unfortunately my experience was really disappointing in the end. I purchased a DJ stand in June and the seller was really friendly and helpful however my stand came and it was missing parts, due to Covid I understood it might take a while to sort the situation out and gave seller plenty of time to sort it out but by August it still wasn't resolved so I asked for a refund, DJ Dealer said advised they would issue one straight away, sent the stand back and chased the seller but no reply, had to open a case with PayPal and finally in October I received my 140.00. So all in all I wasted 25.00 on postage and spent months worrying I'll never see the money back. I understand businesses are suffering and it's a hard time for everyone but this experience has left me not wanting to purchase from smaller sellers as when things go wrong, the issues aren't resolved as quickly or at all.

Great customer service, the owner took at least half hour showing me different lights. I left with spending less money than I thought I needed to spend and ended up very happy with my party light and laser. Perfect products for a house party
